Yvette Betancourt, President, Licensed Title Agent and Licensed Real Estate Agent

Yvette is a Florida native and entrepreneur with 17 years of business experience. After a 5 year period in the hotel and airline industry, she successfully launched her first venture, a transportation business that was subsequently sold 5 years later. An FIU graduate, licensed real estate agent and licensed title agent, she is actively involved in numerous local non-profits serving children and women entrepreneurs at home and abroad. A mother of two, she likes to travel to exotic destinations, read and watch the Colbert Report in her spare time.

Martyn WD Verster, Vice-President & Attorney at Law

Martyn has been a practicing attorney in Miami-Dade County since 1983, and he is also a member of the Virginia Bar. He received his Bachelor Degree from Florida International University and his JD from Stetson College of Law. He limits his practice to real estate, family, and personal injury law. During his career he has tried dozens of jury trials and he is an experienced trial attorney. Over the years he has litigated and settled several wrongful death and other tort cases resulting in settlements in excess of $2,000,000. Martyn resides in Miami with his two wonderful children Kirsten and Eric, ages 11 and 8. He is an avid motorcyclist and small aircraft pilot.
