Johanna is originally from Peru but has spent the last 20 years in the USA working first in the retail sector and then the legal and title insurance industry. Johanna’s 15 plus years of experience handling real estate transactions from beginning to end provides the company a wide range of skills sets and our customers a wealth of experience. Johanna has managed over 4,000+ real estate closings and manages the company’s operations. Johanna enjoys days at the park with her kids, sports, and Peruvian Cuisine.

Martyn has been a practicing attorney in Miami-Dade County since 1983, and he is also a member of the Virginia Bar. He received his Bachelor Degree from Florida International University and his JD from Stetson College of Law. His practice is limited to real estate, family, and personal injury law. During his career he has tried dozens of jury trials and he is an experienced trial attorney. Over the years he has litigated and settled several wrongful death and other tort cases resulting in settlements in excess of $2,000,000. Martyn resides in Miami where he is an avid motorcyclist and small aircraft pilot.
