Clients need both preventive steps to stop the spread of COVID19 and economic relief at this time.  Clients also need to close on their purchase or refinance and keep their dreams alive and future plans moving forward.

Here are some measures we are taking to reduce closings costs and reduce risks during these challenging times:

$250 SETTLEMENT FEE:  Valid for May 2020 on Refinance and Purchase transactions. Residential properties. Limited to domestic USA signings and not valid for commercially owned properties.

REMOTE ONLINE NOTARIZATION (“RON”) available:  We are partnered with America’s top innovators for remote online notarization (also known as “RON”). We can quickly schedule a remote notary webcam signing.  Completely legally and acceptable. Permitted use varies by lender. Additional fees apply. Demo

NOTARY CLOSING @ WORK OR HOME: If a client prefers a a notary closer to sign them at home or work, please request an onsite notary using one of our pre-qualified signing services. Additional cost will apply and the request subject to availability. Order here
